Magi Manga/ Anime Review [No Spoilers] Posted at 7:49 PM
More like an appreciation post. You don't have any idea how in love with Magi I am right now. The manga has a lot of potential and I can't wait to see what is in store for the future. Throughout the recent arcs, especially the one in Season 2, the anime and manga's real charm was showing. I loved Season 1 none the less and held an appeal of its own that really got me hooked and made me read the manga.

My appreciation and love for Alladin is just endless. He's so precious, amazing, magnificent, kind-hearted, and cute. I don't think I've felt such platonic and affectionate feelings for a character before. Ahhh~


By the way, Alladin and Alibaba's friendship are goals tooooooo. Aghhhh ~

Update: All the animes I've seen recently were pretty great. I finished Durarara today and don't regret it. I remembered watching it years ago for the first time and it held no appeal and years later, I tried it again and I'm completely blown away. Anyhow, I'm pretty satisfied!

Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso (half assed review / no spoilers) Posted at 6:07 PM

Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso really lived up to the quote above, a quote I discovered from reading All the Bright Places. I found it utterly moving, beautiful, and magnificent. I feel like the compelling execution of the characters' emotions and experiences were so palpable. I felt every inch of it deep down.

I loved Kaori. So much. She keeps asking Kousei if he'll forget and that's how I was reminded of the quote. It's so repetitive that it's stamped into my head. I made her my lock and home screen wallpaper because she's absolutely stunning, beautiful inside and out.

I can't even continue with this post and my appreciation for her. From beginning to end, it felt like a contemporary teenage romance novel, especially ones about a character having a mental or physical defect.

I didn't cry much. I mean, I teared up here and there, but no real tears rolled, I don't know why… but god, if my cardiac muscles didn't feel like collapsing here and again.

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai >>> Probably obsessed. I need to watch an episode whenever I can and whenever I have free time so I was productive on my freaking homework. And I woke up early so I thought why not watch some episodes hurhurhur

Anyways, summer plans? Possibly reread the entire Harry Potter series and watch all 8 movies. I don't know why, but I really need to relive that whole adventure.

Internally cringing from skimming over blog posts about my previous relationship *gagging reflex*.

I'm currently on Spring Break and I left all my books out again when I cleaned up days before… so much for "Spring Cleaning".

Recently finished the anime Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, which I missed so much. I was satisfied with how it ended and it was just amazing overall. I'm still having mixed feelings as to whether or not FMA should be #1 or Steins;gate…

I'm getting a new phone soon. I went to BoostMobile days ago to get a Samsung GalaXy s5 but it was sold out *waiting..waiting…*

Too late for another Resolution but given the past 3 months since the new year began, I need to write another list of things to keep in mind for the rest of the year:

#1 : Stop being such a downer.
#2 : Stop procrastinating.
#3 : Prioritize better.
#4: Communication with family and friends.
#5: Don't over think.
#6. Yeah, maybe I'll add more later.

Anyhow, what does the rest of my Spring Break look like (meaning what am I going to do that doesn't involve staying inside of the house):

Tomorrow/ Thursday: Going out with the baka.
Friday: Slam Poetry at Freedom Theatre from 4:30 - 6:30 PM [afternoon]
Saturday: Waking up early in the Morning for the Run

Then there will be Sunday and back to school the following day, which is what I'm looking forward to in all honesty.

Finally got to finish some Anime series I've started (Ao Haru Ride) since my Adobe Flashplayer didn't update itself so no video viewing for weeks. Anyways, no school this morning for me and so I decided to read and then complete Glasslip. Sad to say I didn't understand the plot or what the message was to those who watch. It was basically the lives of a group of friends that goes through a series of issues and obstacles and trying to keep their bonds together as this new guy enters town and Touka is basically sucked into this .sdakfljwae;gawe The point is… the last episode is open ended and questionable and I can't tolerate closure when a show ends. What was the point really?? Give me answers!!!!

I miss typing on this blog. I miss dumping random thoughts and ranting about things that piss me off to no end. But I am back. I just had to get my life back together and stop being lazy.

For one thing, let's say my family issues resemble a heartbeat monitor. Maybe it's the way I perceive it, but the constant sharp uptakes that this line takes strains me to no end. I even started having breathing issues and panic attacks due to constant anxiety, worry, etc. I even started getting chest pains (underarm and bewb pain too). Going to the doctor for the pain that keeps shooting into mah bewbs was just ugh (sorry, didn't think I'd like to take breasts so seriously). The night before, I just felt this terrible stabbing sensation going right through my left boob every now and then that I cried and couldn't go to sleep because it hurt so much and it was INSIDE so I don't know how to sooth it. ;-; I fell asleep eventually.

School (or bootcamp) starts on August 18th. I'm actually excited to go back because I get to see Allen everyday for a week along with other people cccc:
Speaking of which, I'm really elated and happy at the fact that I power worked through 3 books, and 3 packets for my AP summer work in two weeks. I just started them right after I left school and just stuck with it. And damn, those books were hella fat. At least I don't have to worry about them as school approaches and I'm really proud of myself because of it.

So anyway, screw family problems, I'll talk to my dad about it just to assure myself that things will be okay. None the less, I need to work on managing my stress and take deep breathes. Shit is real but I can't let it take over me and ruin my health. And I don't want to sink into that state of depression again. But even if I do, I'll talk to someone because HELL NO to psychiatrists. Expensive as hell. I don't need medication. I can do this on my own. >:c

But life is great all in all. I just hope I don't overwork myself in the near future which seems to be so.
I have been reading classics and historical fiction as well (crap, I didn't know the genre was called Historical Fiction that I loved so much) gahhh.

Yes, reading Pride and Prejudice and it was boring in the beginning and the language is ehhhh but after a while, I understood it and omfgggg o-o Never been this excited over a goddamn 1813 novel. Jane Austen, you really know how to be sassy as hell in the 19th century :OOOO

The rank on MyAnimeList was no exaggeration. It's ranked #2 on the TOPANIMES with Fullmetal on top (will watch to see if it's THAT great to be #1.).

I didn't think Clannad could or would ever step down from being #1 in my own Ranked Anime list but seriously, this anime deserves nothing but the best from me. Clannad was #1 because of the deep character development, the relationships, and how deeply it made me feel for everybody in it. This anime though bombards you with a lot of concepts and ideas that doesn't seem all too slow or fast. The pacing was mild and steady and the plot, I would definitely tap that. Not to mention how well thought through the story line was and how it just punches you with all these plot twists that doesn't make anything confusing but adds to the suspense and the thrill. It even threw in this unlikely genre near the last few episodes and I just couldn't handle it. I was emotionally and mentally drained for every episode after finishing half the series in just 2 days.

Damn, I didn't even know why I put this anime off for too long. Maybe because I didn't feel like watching it just for the heck of it (laziness).

This is ingenious. The writer of this anime/storyline has done such a terrific job. It's brilliant. I would recommend this anime to those that are a fan of the genres :scifi, time traveling, SCIENCE and ACTION basically. :OOOOOO Mainly science. omfg

Nagi no Asukara ended and haaaaa me and Angel were trying to see who was going to watch it and end it first and it was me.

I don't understand the deep hatred for Miuna. Some other people don't really get it either but I fully accept others opinions as long as they don't bash on mine and ask why I don't hate her either. Like chill.

omgggg My dad is going to get me a Kindle. I wanted a Kindle when I saw my friends' supervisor at work having one on her desk and I talked to her for a almost half an hour about it's ins and outs, pros and cons, how you charge it, features, how to download books, etc. I was opposed to buying one when I was younger when dad asked if I wanted one just because I like holding the book better. But guess what, I have almost little to no more space left on my shelf. Also, I'm not going to spend $100 on just 6 books anymore >_> Pisses me off how my bookstore gets the hardcovers instead of the paper backs. Kindle is a product of Amazon and downloading books is wayyyyyyyy cheaper. It saves dad a drive to a book store or library too. Also, I really love how there's not a lot of brightness and it looks exactly like a book page on the eReaders so it's not damaging to the eyes… or not damaging… I mean more familiar because Books don't just light up like phone screens do. I wonder if I'll have special permission to have it out in class to read. : ) LOL. Another good thing is that when a book comes out, I could just download it right away but sometimes there are delays to releases. Battery life is long,too.

I would recommend an eReader of any kind to people who reads a shitton like me or buys a lot of books. yeeeeee.

Note: Oh my goodness. Can't believe I forgot my most favorite feature of all. There's a dictionary in it!!!! *screams for joy* As a person who wants to build their vocabulary, this truly is a dream come true. No need to bring a dictionary or turn on my laptop to go on dictionary for words. It's right there along with the book, both in my hand. *cries*

Yo, so about this anime, there was the ending I really had to rant about.
So before I even knew about how it would climax and create controversy among viewers, I really loved the insight to the sibling relationship <3
I knew something was off and wrong due to some of the intimacy but I really loved the relationship between the two and how they go through obstacles and all that, made me get the feels and stuff and how the older brother was always there for the little sister.
I didn't think THAT THEY'D KISS AND DO THIS WEDDING CEREMONY (that didn't last. they said that the "lover" relationship was over but this was the last few episodes so what??). I need to continue to the last episodes to find out why they did that.

I didn't think about they're relationship were even developing that way since her older brother got a girlfriend (who dumped him in a few episodes and it pissed me off >_>) but yeah, Japan rolls that way since they made incest legal.

Anywayyy whoahhhhhhh. But to be really honest, I enjoyed this anime more than I should have due to the comedy, how well the characters were made and they're development, and the execution of the plot (jesus! was craving for the next episode). And the relationships between everyone was to die for like they all just mixed so well <333333333333333333333333333

Omfg, so mad, why did they even let her follow along. All she cares about is having Kujo all to herself and they're trying to solve a flipping mystery and she's all "Don't exchange info it's a competition!" But she said that to Victorique only because she was jealous and Kujo wtfffffffffffffff. Excuse me but the competition of who will solve this murder case will be Victorique because she's much more intellectual and she's more intelligent and shit. Like no. This anime just threw in a love triangle. Get out. You don't belong here. They're trying to prevent further murders and all you care about is having Kujo all to yourself. Like… ugh >__________>

Update: omfg, you can't be serious. Avril is using all this assumptions based on things with no proof behind it and omfg can they solve the case already. >________> Avril has no logic like wtffffffffffffffff

LMFAO is this like the first time out of all animes I've watched where the main character just walks away because she didn't give a shit about someone else's feelings ? Like, seriously, they have more pressing matters to attend to and she's not reacting like everyone other cliche character I've seen who is like "Oh she likes him too? What if she really takes him away from me? *worryworryworry*" OMFG I'm loving Victorique even more =D

Yep, that was a misunderstanding. Finally found out what was happening behind the scenes. I don't completely blame her for her actions. But dammmnnnn no, I don't ship those two. She's an okay character but she should have realized the consequences before making a final wish.

I still don't understand the situation with Emi >____>
