Broad Street Run 2k15

By far the most I've run without stopping. I was suppose to run with Cheyenne but she kept stopping and I had to run back to push her and tell her to keep running. I don't know why I was so energized because I've only paused several times for short walks and this is freaking 10 miles, unlike the 8 miles and 5 miles that I'd take long walking breaks… so I'm proud of myself. Legs were tired, my head was dazed, but I overall felt good. This is what the love - hate relationship with running is.Gosh, I'm glad for the volunteers passing out drinks though I never got water and went straight for the Gatorade which always fueled me up to run the next couple of blocks. Once I made it to Center City, it felt so surreal. I never knew my legs could get me that far. I was so pumped at the 7 mile mark because I knew I was almost done. Then when I came to to entrance of the Navy Yard, the destination, I didn't want to stop at all and had to push myself to keep going until the Finish Line. My time was 2 hours and 12 minutes but the clock stated 2 hours and 20 but that's because a group of people started to run before my group did so we were about 9 minutes behind.
Happy about the food and I got a medal (yasssssss!!!). I didn't run Broad St. last year unfortunately. But hey, if I can run 10 miles, I will eventually be able to run a half marathon (13 miles). :DDDD

This guy is Kristian. Can you believe he's 17? He's trying to grow a freaking mustache to look his age LMAO. He's by far one of the coolest guys I know and I've known him since Freshmen year. All 3 years of High School so far, we've worked in the same company, even if it's not the same day.
