oneesan is an idiot

I had to go against my rule of not going on my laptop because I keep procrastinating but gahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.Let's start with the main character, Mr. Richard. You see, we didn't go down with the whole relationship thing back in November because it was a bit taboo. But I'm glad we reverted back to our sibling relationship (I was more comfortable with that). So now that it's cleared up… wait, did I already clear this up? Well, whatever.
Anyway, he texted me this afternoon out of no where saying that the keychain broke. [And by keychain, I meant the TFIOS one that I got him as a gift. I was probably the only one who even got him something and he got really excited at the time that he opened his gift after school.] Afterwards, he said that he could just go buy a new one since the one I got him currently held no value to him.
Which was a big ouch
Even though I knew he was kidding.
Deep down, I thought he was a complete idiot and saying that kind of thing actually hurt.
I told him he was cruel and then he said he was just kidding and explained that he was running and it fell right off the chain but he didn't realize what he had dropped and went back for it after he realized what it was. I said that it was because he was a freaking baka and then he retorted asking if he's an idiot going back for something valuable that he almost left behind. That kind of pulled on my heartstrings because doesn't this only happen in manga when you call something valuable or let the other person know or am I so short minded. I told him I took back my words and he said I better have.
The teasing.
The rudeness.
Then we went back and forth with calling each other idiots and he dropped philosophical bullshit on me and called me names and ugh.. I lost. But I refused to give in. Why do I find this oddly irritating and…gughgug. And it doesn't help that I set up our contact photos on our phone to be Tatsuya and Miyuki from Mahouka.
I cringe at this. One day I will read back on how freaking excited I was at this and cry a thousand tears and want to yell at myself CALM DOWN. THIS WASN'T SERIOUS. STOP.
