Note To Self

I need to create new goals for Junior year and well… did I set up goals for Sophomore year? I need to look back on it ahas.I never had a weight loss goal (or did I?). I remember working out on a daily basis last summer for some reason. But I don't think I did. When I found out my BMI weeks ago and going with recently, compared to the beginning of the year, I'm actually about 20 pounds lighter (woo!). Anyways, a goal for Junior year is to improve my time mile and becoming more flexible (yus, stretch dat lol). This is my physical goal though.
Intellectually? Working on it now ><
