About Age and Time Posted at 1:27 PM
I read two articles and the thing in common referring to "as you grow older, time seems to fly" is that, it really doesn't. It depends on how you perceive time really. Time tends to fly fast as heck because you're going through a daily routine. If you fill your life from time to time with new experiences, then time will slow down at that particular moment. The reason why children see time as a long stretch of gum is because they recently came into this world and well… they have years to pick up on new things. And of course, at my age of 15, almost 16, everyday is indeed a flipping routine. And no, I hope I don't live my adult life full of routine because I don't want time to speed up. I want it to go at a normal pace or even slow down a little.

Heheh, I really like these concepts. I remember first getting really into the idea of time when I read somewhere that a star you see shining in the night had already shone 300000000000+ years ago. It's that far away and that's how long it took for the light to reach our naked eye. I find that really impressive and extraordinary. :O
