HALLELUJAH

Omg. So at my cousin's house, I was constantly checking my weight and stuff and it was like 157+ on it. And like, I was watching what I ate and went on a balanced diet (eating foods from all 5 categories on the food pyramid) and exercised. No, did not starve myself. I ate only 1 bowl of rice since it seemed to be unhealthy because of it's low nutrition...white rice that is. And at home, I weighted myself and I'm 120. o-o It's either I lost 30 pounds or the scale at my cousins were wrong.... And of course, when I was weighed at school, I was 160 (because Ms Tran ate too much meat and fats goddamit) and omg, looking at my belly as I took a shower, it slimmed down big time and I was so happy. Thank you grapefruit. Thank you green tea. Thank you fish, veggies and whole wheat cereal. I salute you. I will eat healthy and in moderation for a long time.Oh shit. When I went to work, I always bought candy and chips. o-o NO WONDER I WEIGHED FREAKING 160 OMGGGG. That was almost obeased for my height. But I'm about 5'8 and a good weight for me is suppose to be 126-154. O-O OMG. THAT MEANS I'M UNDERWEIGHT. But well, I should stay like this awhile. As long as I'm not as skinny as a stick or as thick and large as a house, I will be fine. I'm happy for my size. Now if only my mom would stop cooking fat foods lol.
Did a little victory dance when I found out I was 120 :3 In my room. Alone.
