I'll be updating now and then since I have no energy for writing.I have been working out for almost over an hour and will continue in the afternoon before I shower. I did that sexy leg workout chart and also watched a couple of Blogilates video. I'm sweating now and it's a good thing because it's so damn cold and well, the chilly air will evaporate my sweat anyway. Also, Blogilates (I'm not sure about her real name at the moment) really knows how to kill your legs. I have to stop midway through almost every video to start a new workout. My thighs burn, my lower back aches, and so does my neck. My arm muscles are relaxing and I'm just drinking water. I was also doing homework earlier and in between every question I complete, I'd do 20 squats or try to beat my sit up record. So far, my highest amount of PERFECT sit-ups is 21. Earlier, I did push ups as well and my highest is 7 =-= I'm not a fan of push ups.
Blogilates can really keep you moving. Like, everytime I do something wrong, she yells at me right away and even though she's not really here, she knows exactly when our body can't take the work out and starts disciplining about how our legs aren't high enough or our squats aren't low enough etc.
I really thank her for burning out my body. And I had cookies (8) earlier. If I keep this up everyday, I'm sure to lose that excess leg and belly fat. I'm not doing this for other people's sake (like guys..if you know what I mean). I just want to be fit by the time I'm an adult :3
